A two-time NTT INDYCAR SERIES champion in 2021 and 2023, Alex Palou has competed and won races in Euroformula Open, Spanish Formula 3, GP3, Japanese Formula 3 and Super Formula. After a race win, the Barcelona native celebrates by eating fried chicken, a tradition that dates to his karting days. He remembers seeing a go-kart track while walking to school with his father in Spain as the first time he became interested in racing. Away from the track, Palou enjoys sports, outdoor activities and music.

Chip Ganassi has been a fixture in the auto racing industry for more than 30 years and is considered one of the most successful and innovative owners in motorsports.

Ganassi created a one-car INDYCAR SERIES team in 1990. Today, his racing empire includes four Honda cars in the NTT INDYCAR SERIES, two Cadillac LMDhs in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship and one GMC HUMMER EV in Extreme E.

Overall, Ganassi's teams have 21 championships and more than 240 victories, including five wins in the Indianapolis 500, eight Rolex 24 At Daytona victories, and wins in the 12 Hours of Sebring and the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
